Welcome to Skydive Durban @ PMB Airport

Now situated at the Pietermaritzburg Airport in the Kwa-Zulu Natal Midlands. Skydive Durban has moved from La Mercy Airfield due to the construction of the new Durban International Airport we now operate at Pietermaritzburg Airport. Due to year round good weather we are open from January to December and 7 days a week. Tandem Skydiving

Skydive Durban offers Tandem Skydives, after a ground briefing you are taken on a scenic 25 minute plane ride up to jump altitude (10 000ft). You are then firmly attached to a qualified and experienced tandem instructor. We exit the plane and freefall for an exhilarating and unforgettable 35 seconds, and then float to earth under parachute. During the 6 minute parachute decent you get the opportunity to fly the canopy. The instructor will take over for the landing.
